1-to-1 ADHD coaching
Thoughtful, personalised support – grounded in real life
Who this is for
This coaching is for adults and parents who feel that reading and learning has helped – but something still feels stuck.
You might be:
- an adult with ADHD (diagnosed or self-identified) who feels overwhelmed, burned out, or unsure how to move forward
- a parent of a neurodivergent child or teenager, trying to make sense of emotional intensity, school stress, or family strain
- someone who is capable and reflective, but exhausted from constantly compensating, explaining, or pushing yourself to cope
You don’t need to be in crisis. You don’t need to have everything figured out.
You just need a sense that you’d benefit from thinking things through with someone who
understands neurodiversity deeply – and humanely.
What coaching with me is like
Coaching with me is calm, collaborative, and grounded in understanding how ADHD and other neurodiversity traits actually shows up in real life.
We don’t follow rigid programmes or generic frameworks. Instead, we take time to understand your situation – your brain, your environment, your relationships, and what’s realistically possible right now.
Sessions are a space to slow things down, make sense of patterns, and work out what genuinely helps. That might include practical strategies, emotional insight, reframing unhelpful narratives, or simply having space to think without judgement.
Many people describe the experience as relieving —-not because everything is “fixed”, but because they finally feel understood and supported in a way that fits them.
What people often come with
People often come to coaching feeling:
- overwhelmed by competing demands, decisions, and mental load
- stuck between knowing what might help and being unable to make it stick
emotionally drained by guilt, self-criticism, or feeling “behind” - confused after a late ADHD diagnosis, or questioning their identity and past
experiences - unsure how to support a neurodivergent child or teenager without constant conflict or
burnout
We work gently and thoughtfully with what’s present – not just the symptoms, but the context
around them.
How to get started?
If coaching feels like it might be helpful, the first step is simply to get in touch.
You can contact me via email or the contact form, and we can explore whether working
together feels like the right fit. There’s no pressure and no obligation – just a conversation to

A note on approach
I don’t believe in quick fixes, productivity pressure, or forcing change.
I do believe in insight, compassion, and support that respects how neurodivergent minds actually work.
