I’m the founder of ADHD Insight Hub, a neurodiversity consultant and ADHD coach, and a parent in a neurodivergent family. My work sits at the intersection of lived experience, professional practice, and deep curiosity about how different minds work — especially when they’re misunderstood.
I support adults with ADHD and parents of neurodivergent children and teenagers who are navigating overwhelm, identity questions, emotional intensity, and systems that don’t always fit. My approach is thoughtful, practical, and grounded in real life — shaped as much by listening as by formal training.
Alongside my personal experience of ADHD, my background includes academic study, professional practice, and ongoing specialist training in neurodiversity. I hold a Master’s degree in Autism Studies, a diploma in ADHD coaching, and have completed extensive additional training across autism, ADHD, education, and mental health. I’ve also worked directly with neurodivergent children, teenagers, and adults in a range of settings, which continues to inform how I think about support, regulation, and sustainable change.
What matters most to me, though, is not labels or credentials, but understanding context — how someone’s brain, environment, relationships, and expectations interact. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all strategies, quick fixes, or forcing people to function against their nature. Instead, I focus on clarity, insight, and approaches that respect both difference and capacity.
ADHD Insight Hub grew out of that perspective. It’s a space for people who want more than surface-level advice — for those who want to understand why things feel hard, and what genuinely helps. Whether you’re here to read, reflect, or eventually seek more personal support, my aim is for this space to feel intelligent, compassionate, and grounded.
